Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives. Hold full accountability for plant results and continuous operational improvement.
- Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes.
- Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery ≥ 95% within 12 months.
- Achieve ≥ 80% labour efficiency by September 2026.
- Increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months to support company growth targets, while maintaining KPI targets.
- Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents.
- Achieve ≥ 98% first-pass quality within 12 months.
- Achieve Trust index score of ≥ 65% on the annual Great Place to Work survey.
- Operational Leadership in Complex Manufacturing Environments: Demonstrated expertise in leading and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing site operations with significant complexity and variability.
- Cost-Conscious / Investment Minded: demonstrated ability to balance operational budgets with investment priorities.
