Description

Mission: Own and deliver the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Brockville, Ontario facility. Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations to support long-term growth. Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives. Hold full accountability for plant results and continuous operational improvement.

Outcomes:
  • Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes.
  • Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery ≥ 95% within 12 months.
  • Achieve ≥ 80% labour efficiency by September 2026.
  • Increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months to support company growth targets, while maintaining KPI targets.
  • Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents.
  • Achieve ≥ 98% first-pass quality within 12 months.
  • Achieve Trust index score of ≥ 65% on the annual Great Place to Work survey.
