Starlight Investments, in conjunction with WP Osborne Executive Search, is seeking an Executive Assistant.
Executive Assistant
As a trusted ambassador of Starlight, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO and two other members of the c-suite, ensuring the seamless management of all administrative responsibilities. This includes overseeing travel arrangements, calendar scheduling, internal and external communications, and coordinating special projects as needed, all while exercising the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
The Executive Assistant will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent experience over formal education; a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives or in a fast-paced corporate environment with prior experience in confidential high-pressure settings; have excellent time management and organizational skills; exceptional communication skills with high level of discretion and have the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information; must be proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, event planning and/or project management; will be tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom Meetings, and sometimes project Management tools like Asana or Trello. This candidate will be proactive, adaptable and resourceful; have strong judgement and decision-making ability; and be comfortable interacting with board members and investors. An executive support certificate (Certified Administrative Professional - CAP), or similar is an asset.
