On-Call Building Operations Specialist
Job summary
A property management company is seeking a Building Operator to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks for multiple buildings. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC systems, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring a safe environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in building operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license. This role offers a competitive compensation at $41.20/hour for a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in building operations and maintenance.
- Service driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and able to resolve problems effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean abstract.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, inspect, and test HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Respond to tenant requests and close out work orders.
- Supervise outside contractors for completion of tasks.
- Respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis.
