In this role, you will lead reliability improvement initiatives, oversee predictive and preventative maintenance programs, and conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis to enhance equipment reliability. • Experience with various rotating/static equipment.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity strategies.

• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
• Support day-to-day production requirements.
