Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in building operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, inspect, and test HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to tenant requests and close out work orders.
• Supervise outside contractors for completion of tasks.
• Respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis.
