Qualificações
- 3+ years of experience in occupational health, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of WSIB processes, OHSA, and medical accommodation practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsabilidades
- Assess health conditions and determine appropriate interventions quickly.
- Manage complex injury and illness cases, including WSIB coordination.
- Educate and empower employees regarding their health and well-being.
