Inner Circle Agency is a boutique recruitment firm based in Montreal, specializing in legal, administrative, and executive assistant placements. We're also expanding into tech and Web3 across Canada and the U.S. We focus on long-term placements, real relationships, and a collaborative approach to recruitment. This is a commission-only position, ideal for recruiters or independent consultants who want:

1. Full control over their schedule
2. Commission of up to 40% depending on volume

You’ll have the freedom to focus on the industries and roles you’re confident in: legal, admin, tech, or others. Bilingual recruiters are especially welcome, as we support many clients in Quebec and across Canada.

Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time.

1. Managing full-cycle recruitment mandates (sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships, and more)
2. Working on assigned roles or developing your own client relationships
3. Collaborating with the ICA team to share resources and insights
4. Working at your own pace, with support when you need it

1. At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
2. Based in Canada and legally authorized to work
3. Independent, accountable, and comfortable working solo
4. Skilled in both client and candidate management
5. Strong communicator with a sense of ownership
6. Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re building a long-term practice
7. Bilingual (French/English)? That’s a major asset
