Job summary
A leading North American packaging company in Montreal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of corporate law experience and be a member of the Québec Bar. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, managing disputes, and providing legal support to operational teams.
