Job summary
A leading medical diagnostics company seeks a Field Service Representative in Vancouver, BC. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing installations and maintenance on diagnostic systems, and traveling as needed. Candidates should have a technical diploma in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Flexible work arrangements are available. Competitive compensation is offered with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 CAD, along with additional benefits.

- Minimum of 3 years of relatable experience (field service experience preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation on diagnostic instrumentation.
- Complete service documentation and preventive maintenance.
- Build relationship with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
