Software Engineer DevOps Cloud AWS Infrastructure

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing our fintech solutions. You will lead innovation, drive scalability, and ensure the reliability of our cloud-based infrastructure. Your responsibilities include architecting and building infrastructure tooling on AWS, collaborating with security, development, and operations teams to achieve infrastructure goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize software solutions for resilient and scalable infrastructure provisioning.
  • Architect and develop automation strategies to enhance safety standards and ensure compliance at scale.
  • Shape Infrastructure as Code (IaC) policies, develop IaC modules, and implement detection capabilities for non‑compliant architecture.
  • Drive innovation in tooling to improve developer productivity and reduce operational overhead.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement security measures for our cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects to achieve infrastructure excellence and ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure.
  • Mastery of programming languages and scripting for automation (Python, Ruby, or Go).
  • Extensive experience with AWS services (CodeBuild, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, AWS access controls).
  • Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership experience.
  • Experience in designing and implementing software delivery pipelines and CI/CD systems.
Nice‑To‑Haves:
  • Advanced knowledge of IaC pipelines and tooling.
  • Expertise in writing and implementing OPA policies using Rego.
  • Track record of contributing to open‑source projects or speaking at industry conferences.
