• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability for scheduling
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
• A desktop or laptop for testing, and high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
