Job summary
A growing inspection company is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Strategist (Contractor) to implement scalable hiring solutions across multiple global regions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition strategy, a proven track record in project delivery, and expertise in ATS optimization and international hiring compliance. The role is remote-friendly and offers a contract duration of 6 months. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition strategy and operations.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a global context.
- Deep expertise in ATS administration and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a detailed, data-backed strategy for scaling workforce.
- Audit and optimize the global configuration of the ATS.
- Hire and oversee regional contract recruiters.
