We are looking to add an AI Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Tech team. This role will build and advance GitLab's AI tooling strategy for revenue operations and architect AI-powered automation workflows to optimize how we acquire, convert, and retain customers at scale. This position is 100% remote and based in the US, British, or Central European time zones.

• Design AI-Powered Revenue Solutions – shape GitLab's AI tooling strategy for revenue operations, expand AI functionality within tools, evaluate emerging AI platforms, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to governance for AI implementation across revenue teams; architect and implement AI-powered workflows using platforms like Workato (in partnership with IT); integrate with LLM APIs and existing tools to create intelligent automation; configure predictive analytics (churn risk, opportunity scoring, deal velocity) and revenue process optimization; design AI-enhanced research automation and orchestrate experimentation frameworks.
• Systems Architecture & Strategic Impact – design end-to-end customer journey workflows, make technical architecture decisions for revenue systems with IT and senior teams, translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows, implement automated data flows across revenue platforms, and measure business impact (conversion rates, deal velocity, productivity gains).
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration – drive cross-functional initiatives requiring platform configuration and API integration, collaborate with IT and Data teams, establish automated monitoring and alerting, contribute AI-enhanced process improvements, document solutions, and share automation best practices.
• What you'll bring – Technical & AI Integration Foundation: experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato preferred), API orchestration and error handling; experience integrating LLM APIs into business workflows; experience with low-code automation tools.
• Revenue Operations & Business Expertise: ability to architect sophisticated workflow solutions for end-to-end customer experience optimization; deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, sales processes, and customer lifecycle; experience evaluating and procuring revenue tools and managing vendor relationships; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Sense of Ownership & Collaboration Skills: accountable for AI automation outcomes; strong communication with IT, Revenue Operations, and Field teams; ability to manage competing priorities and drive improvements; alignment with GitLab values.
• Preferred Experience: background in revenue, sales, or marketing operations with AI/automation components; data science, analytics, or BI applied to revenue processes; experience leading technology evaluation and implementation; familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and their technical implications.

The base salary range listed is for residents of the United States and may vary by location; final grade level and salary are determined through interviews and evaluation of qualifications.
