Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek an experienced Presales Specialist/Sales Engineer to join our Client Solution team. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaising with the Support, Success and Delivery department to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.

Required Skills And Attributes
  • Bachelor of Sciences or College degree in software engineering or computer science.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Software Consultation business.
  • Experience in software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL etc.).
  • Be client-friendly and skilled at explaining technical things to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments and meeting company and client deadline expectations when resolving Service Requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-aware, motivated, coachable, ability to collaborate with all team members
Nice to Have
  • Experience with HR/Finance data integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse HR, Bamboo HR…
  • Fluent in French both verbal and written communication.
