What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments‑related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
We’re looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to drive the campaigns that fuel Paddle’s Sales‑led growth. You’ll plan, launch and optimise full‑funnel, integrated campaigns that create and accelerate leads and pipeline for our upper SMB, Mid Market, and Strategic segments.
As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns and strategies that define Marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Brand to ensure every program delivers measurable commercial impact and consistent market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—a hands‑on campaign marketer who loves collaborating cross‑functionally to drive measurable business impact.
