Rizk Insurance Services in Calgary is currently seeking a Personal Lines Broker, to work from home on a full-time basis. A successful candidate will possess superior customer service and time management skills, the ability to market and produce new personal lines business while consistently providing a high level of personalized service to existing clients. Previous Power Broker experience is an asset.
- Analyze client-specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendations
- Quote and write new business while maintaining service levels for an existing book of business
- Review renewals
- Upsell/Cross-Sell existing clients
- Submit & Follow up on claims
- Answer incoming calls
- 1-4 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Level 1 or 2 license
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TBW as well as various company portals
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverage’s
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Some commercial lines experience is preferred
