About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help us build high‑impact, strategic partnerships with market leaders like HubSpot, Adobe, Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI and more. You’ll drive initiatives that could meaningfully shape and accelerate our company’s growth trajectory.

  • The cash compensation is structured into geographic pay zones; base pay will be determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Zone ranges are provided below, with USD figures for the United States and CAD figures for Canada.
  • Reporting to the Director, Business Development

United States (USD figures): Zone A: $162,000 - $228,000; Zone B: $152,900 - $215,000; Zone C: $142,900 - $201,000. Canada (CAD figures for ON & BC): 184,000 - 260,000.

This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established goals.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe), managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination
  • Lead the lifecycle for new strategic partnerships—from strategy and sourcing to contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management
  • Serve as the bridge between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to align product, marketing, and sales efforts
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for product integrations; work with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and launch joint solutions
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to launch co‑marketing initiatives (content, events, webinars, case studies, etc.)
  • Drive mutual co‑selling with selected technology partners
  • Create, track, and report on KPIs tied to each partnership (integration usage, influenced revenue, campaign performance)
  • Stay informed on partner roadmaps and ecosystem trends; feed insights into Webflow’s roadmap and ecosystem strategy

About you

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or alliance management—preferably at a high‑growth software company
  • Proven success driving strategic, multi‑year partnerships across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Deep understanding of identifying, scoping, and launching product integrations leveraging public and private APIs
  • Experience developing and executing co‑marketing and co‑selling motions with large partners
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Crossbeam, Affinity, and Loom
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of no‑code, web design, or CMS and/or experience launching integrations in marketplaces like Adobe Exchange, HubSpot App Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and Salesforce App Exchange
