We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Retail/Consumer Goods to bring Salesforce projects to life by understanding client needs, designing solutions, and managing implementation.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Conduct business process reviews and document requirements
• Translate needs into Salesforce architecture, focusing on Order Management, Service Cloud, and Retail Cloud
• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions
• Create technical documentation and specifications
• Ensure optimal user experience (UX)
• Manage client communications and project delivery
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Lead project execution and strategy discussions
• Collaborate with AI teams to develop intelligent solutions

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years in technical consulting and project management
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience
• Strong Salesforce admin skills, especially in Service Cloud and Order Management
• Experience designing Salesforce Order Management solutions
• Proficiency in declarative Salesforce configuration and API integrations
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred
• Proven leadership in multiple Salesforce deployments
• Full SDLC ownership experience
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Commerce Cloud
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Collaborative team player with high-quality solution focus

Certifications :

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, Order Management, etc.)
• Multiple certifications are highly preferred
