A leading gold development company in Canada is looking for a Human Resources professional to manage recruitment processes and support employee relations in a dynamic mining environment. Responsibilities include implementing safety standards, evaluating HR policies, and enhancing the employee experience. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience and a degree in a relevant field. This position features a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation with competitive benefits, including health care and RRSP matching.
