• Develop and execute strategies for large project opportunities within the public safety sector

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including government officials

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer intelligence and forecast project orders

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience, or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
• Proven track record of sales performance in a technology environment, ideally with 5+ years of experience
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time
• Strong negotiation skills for large project opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• 5+ years of experience in a technology sales environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or related CRM systems
• Ability to develop relationships with C-Level executives
• Strong understanding of public safety domains and procurement processes
• Creative and strategic thinking capabilities
