The ideal candidate has at least 9 years of experience in contract management, with a strong grounding in FAR and DFARS. This is a remote position with competitive pay of $55 - $60 per hour.

The Contracts Manager will serve as an individual contributor, supporting both pre-award and post-award contract activities. This role provides senior-level leadership within the HJF Contracts Department, focusing on proposal support, contract negotiation, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with federal government contracts and a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory frameworks.

Pay: $55 - $60 an hour
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.
