Remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant
Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Employee Consultants, preferably located in major Canadian cities, for primarily remote roles with occasional travel. You will implement the Employee Central module for national and international clients, assist in planning and requirements gathering, while mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have experience in successful implementations, hold relevant certifications, and fluency in French is preferred. This position offers the chance to work with top organizations and shape their HR processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French is a strong asset.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification.
- Experience in at least three successful end-to-end implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients in implementing Employee Central module.
- Assist clients in implementation planning and requirements gathering.
- Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships.
