A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to support both pre and post sales activities. The role involves defining, scoping, and demonstrating technology solutions to heavy industry clients in sectors like Oil & Gas, Mining, and Forestry. You will participate in RFP processes, provide proactive customer support, and attend trade shows. This position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 and allows for remote work across various Canadian cities.
Qualifikationen
- Experience with hardware and software solutions for heavy industry clients.
- Understanding of technical sales processes.
- Ability to demonstrate technology solutions effectively.
