App Growth Network is a leading mobile app marketing agency based in North America. We are a team of mobile growth enthusiasts driven to see our global client’s apps succeed. We work with innovative mobile app companies in a variety of areas including health & wellness, gaming, social networking and business to change the world, one app at a time.

This role is remote, anywhere in North America (candidates outside this geographic area are unfortunately not eligible).

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with and support the Account Success team to understand client goals and KPIs
  • Help with Media Optimization and drive goal attainment
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable keyword research and recommendations
  • Continuously improve App store rankings and conversion rates
  • Implementing high-quality ASO localization strategies in the AppStore
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings and ASO progress
  • Advise clients on marketing strategies and identify areas for testing and growth
  • Work with mobile growth stack platforms and ASO Tools (Apptweak, Mobile Action)
  • Running A/B tests on store assets (keywords, titles, screenshots, description)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments and the mobile marketing community
  • Participate in the agency knowledge and process development – if you have an idea how we can do things more effectively, we want to hear it!
What you bring
  • 1+ years working with Paid Media
  • 1+ years working with SEO or ASO tools
  • 1+ years in a client‑facing/ stakeholder management role
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills with the ability to translate into actionable business insights for a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong project management and team communication skills
  • Self‑starter and keen to take ownership and adapt to or drive change
Nice to have
  • Hands‑on experience with paid media management tools (Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with MMPs and in‑app analytics tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Asana, Slack)
  • Degree in business, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
