Job purpose:

The Global Services Program Manager has a critical role within our Partner Success & Global Business Services team and is responsible for project management activities, including supporting key program reporting and documentation management. This role ensures the smooth execution of delivery success initiatives by maintaining program assets, tracking key data, and facilitating effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable—able to manage multiple projects, provide insights through structured reporting, and support Global Services and partner-related initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Global Services program teams, which include Professional Services, Partner Success, and Customer Education.
  • Track key Global Services program performance metrics and maintain data integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated reporting solutions leveraging the technology tools available, including Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
  • Support the tracking, analyzing, and managing program frameworks, project reporting, and program evaluations leveraging Asana, Highspot, and Confluence.
  • Provide structured reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Organize and maintain program documentation, resources, and repositories to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of partner capabilities and success metrics within the partner directory/locator tool.
  • Assist with creating quarterly reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights to track program effectiveness.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analytics.
  • Communicate key program updates and relevant insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, program materials, and executive decks.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting automation, or business intelligence.
  • +3 years of project management experience (Strongly preferred).
  • Experience in using Salesforce, Microsoft, and Google suites.
  • Proven expertise in automating reporting workflows and reducing manual reporting efforts.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to optimize reporting structures.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels.
  • Embraces challenging situations and enjoys solving complex problems.
  • Experience building predictive analytics models for capacity planning and resource forecasting.

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data querying languages.
  • Prior experience working in Professional Services, Education Services, or Service Delivery Partner Programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and automation platforms.

Problem-Solving

  • Exhibits confidence and a deep understanding of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
  • Identifies critical issues with ease and dedicatedly develops an action plan for resolution.
  • Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and customer mindsets.

Communication

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/ sensitive information thoughtfully.

Education, Training, and Certification

  • A bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
