The opportunity

Reporting to the SVP Technology Services, we are hiring a Senior Director, Business Technology & AI Enablement to lead enterprise systems strategy and execution. As an innovative and results-driven leader, you will develop and optimize enterprise architecture with a key focus on strategy, design, implementation, and roll-out of centralized CRM, ERP and HRIS systems for the corporation. You will also develop the Enterprise Application Roadmap to underpin business growth and AI-driven business process automation. Your expertise will enable our rapidly growing organization to scale effectively, increasing automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You will drive the evolution of our enterprise systems landscape to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

This is a remote role with the opportunity to work as needed from our Toronto or Vancouver offices, depending on your location.

  • You will :
  • Define and execute the enterprise technology vision. Architect a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy, integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, and AI-enabled automation to ensure scalability, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead enterprise roadmap development and execution. Oversee selection, deployment, and governance of core enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration and evolution to meet business demands.
  • Harness data and AI. Oversee enterprise-wide AI enablement, leveraging a solid data foundation to drive automation at scale. Utilize AI for Enterprise Search, Agentic Workflow Automation, Customer Service, Knowledge, and Documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and AI-driven analytics for actionable insights.
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation. Modernize CRM, ERP, and HRIS to maximize productivity, user experience, and future-proof operations.
  • Lead M&A technology integration. Conduct technology due diligence, assess compatibility, and lead rapid integration of acquired businesses with alignment to standards.
  • Build and lead a high-impact technology team. Mentor and develop data analysts, enterprise architects, and service delivery managers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute key strategies and roadmaps. Own the enterprise applications and data analytics strategy, align with business objectives, and develop roadmaps leveraging automation and AI.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and align business needs. Engage with senior leaders across functions and subsidiaries to ensure systems empower teams and drive performance.
  • Drive prioritization and resource optimization. Establish a structured approach to evaluating and executing technology initiatives, balancing strategic needs, ROI, and cross-functional impact.

You bring :

  • Strategic and transformational leadership. A track record of architecting and driving enterprise-wide system modernization, implementing automation, and optimizing operations. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Deep enterprise systems expertise. Extensive experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other core applications, with successful implementation and integration. M&A experience is a plus.
  • Experience driving AI, automation, and data innovations. Proficiency with platforms such as Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, Freshworks, Power BI, Power Automate, FiveTran, or Snowflake.
  • Operational and financial acumen. Budgeting, vendor negotiations, and ROI-driven technology investments.
  • Resilience. Comfort in fast-paced environments, openness to change, and a commitment to excellence.
