Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or with up to 5 years of experience to step into a client-facing role, drive sales, and contribute directly to the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand project needs and align our services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with project and development teams to ensure seamless client handover and delivery
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at virtual events, meetings, and networking sessions
Qualifications
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in digital agencies or tech firms is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for digital solutions, web development, and emerging technologies
  • Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and online lead generation platforms
