- Active CCA or Quebec Agronome designation (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in French and English.

- Strong understanding of Timiskaming agriculture and local growing conditions.
- Familiarity with provincial regulations and soil testing interpretation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
