Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms to support the employer\'s security objectives
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize Trust initiatives while balancing security needs and user experience
- Establish clear delivery plans in coordination with Information Security Engineering leadership
- Create holistic communications plans for status updates and program health reporting
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making and gather stakeholder feedback for program improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a program manager capacity in the software or technology field, with 4+ years focused on security
- Strong functional understanding of Information Security concepts and technologies
- Experience managing different company stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using tools to scale programs and solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Generative AI tools)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or similar
- Security certifications are a significant plus
