About you and the role

You’re a driven, curious, and ambitious self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a relentless work ethic. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to fuel growth by uncovering and qualifying new business opportunities. You are passionate about prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving opportunities via phone, email, and other lead-generating activities. You’re eager to learn, grow, and develop your sales career—and you’re motivated to find creative ways to break through, leveraging new tools, strategies, and approaches to connect with prospects. What you’ll do
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities for Account Executives through outbound calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn
  • Position PartnerStack’s value proposition to capture interest and engagement from target prospects
  • Research and identify high-potential clients who would benefit from our solutions
  • Manage the early sales cycle—from outreach and discovery through qualification—before handing off to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Consistently achieve activity and quota targets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
  • 1+ years experience in a sales role; startup/tech experience a bonus
  • Strong record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to cold call and ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Pride in delivering high quality work and interactions
  • Enjoy the synergies of working within a collaborative and competitive team environment
