Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in mortgage lending and sales.
  • A proven record of implementing successful business development strategies.
  • Full proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound calling, lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences to clients by offering personalized mortgage solutions.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with brokers and referral partners.
  • Stay informed on client needs, market trends, and economic indicators.
  • Ensure mortgage applications align with risk appetite and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a professional ambassador of the Optimum Mortgage and National Bank brands.
