- Advanced skills in English and French
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of technology project management, particularly in managing complex IT projects with interdependencies
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ITIL v3
- Familiarity with industry-standard products such as Cisco and Avaya
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
