Octasic engineers the wireless edge of modern conflict. Our low-SWaP Software Defined Radios (SDRs), advanced signal processing, and mission-tailored software equip defence, law enforcement, and national security forces to adapt, dominate, and achieve mission success.

• Craft compelling content that brings Octasic’s value to life across defence, public safety, and national security sectors.
• Track content trends in defence markets and draw from SEO / AIO reporting to build timely and targeted content strategies.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging narratives for multiple audiences.
• Manage a steady content stream through original writing, collaboration with SMEs, and freelance resources.
• Help build buyer journeys and sales funnels with persuasive storytelling, addressing problem-solution framing and competitive differentiation.
• Plan and execute content across various formats: video scripts, web pages, presentations, blog posts, white papers, case studies, social posts, and more.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and product priorities.

• Write and post, regularly, on LinkedIn and other social platforms, aligned with Octasic’s voice.
• Collaborate on internal communications, newsletters, and company-wide announcements.
• Help build media relationships and identify opportunities for earned coverage.
• Support marketing activities across industry groups, newsletters, and directories.

• Own Octasic’s editorial standards: voice, tone, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Conduct regular content audits, update or retire underperforming assets, and explore new formats.
• Monitor engagement metrics to learn what resonates and refine messaging.

• Proven ability to write, edit, and manage content that informs and converts.
• Strategic mindset and editorial instincts, with an eye for detail.
• Confidence working with executives, engineers, sales, and product teams to shape strong messaging.
• Strong organization, judgment, and time management.
• Experience in defense, wireless, AI, or telecom markets — or the ability to learn quickly.

• 5-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally with B2B and B2G tech.
• Bonus points for experience in defence, telecom, AI, or wireless markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English, ensuring effective communication in an international context; proficiency in French or other languages is considered an asset.
• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, HubSpot, GA4, GSC, Looker Dashboards, SEMrush, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understands how to correctly leverage generative AI tools is an asset.
• A portfolio or samples of relevant work will be required during the hiring process.
