Assessment Psychologist for Public-Safety Roles (Remote)
Job summary
A national psychological consulting firm is seeking Psychologists in Ontario to conduct assessments for candidates in high-risk environments. The role involves performing structured interviews, interpreting psychological test results, and providing feedback. Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and have experience with public safety organizations. This position offers a flexible schedule and the option for remote assessments.
Qualifications
- Licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Ontario.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with public safety entities.
- Completion of at least 50 psychological readiness assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with candidates post-personality assessments.
- Review formal testing results and conduct structured clinical interviews.
- Interpret test results for Correctional Service of Canada compliance.
- Provide feedback and defend evaluations when required.
