Job summary

A national psychological consulting firm is seeking Psychologists in Ontario to conduct assessments for candidates in high-risk environments. Qualifications

  • Licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Ontario.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with public safety entities.
  • Completion of at least 50 psychological readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews with candidates post-personality assessments.
  • Review formal testing results and conduct structured clinical interviews.
  • Interpret test results for Correctional Service of Canada compliance.
  • Provide feedback and defend evaluations when required.
