Remote Enrollment Consultant - Part-Time Project
Job summary
A leading workforce solutions company is seeking an Enrollment Consultant to engage and enroll candidates into their service benefit program. The role involves providing top-notch customer service in an inbound and outbound call center environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, competency in MS Office, and excellent customer service skills. The position is remote and is project-based, requiring up to 28 hours a week. Pay ranges between $21-22 hourly.
Qualifications
- Virtual contact center experience preferred.
- Bilingual experience in English, French, or Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Engage and enroll candidates into the Right Management service benefit program.
- Maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.
