A mining development company is seeking a Development Supervisor for the Blackwater Mine in Canada. Responsibilities include overseeing drilling, blasting, and dewatering while ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a valid BC Mine Supervisor Certificate and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in open pit mining. This role offers a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and RRSP matching.

Reporting to the Mine Operations Superintendent, the Development Supervisor is responsible for safely achieving drilling, blasting and dewatering targets. Sharing resources, they will work together in parallel with the Mine Production Superintendent to safely achieve the drilling, blasting and dewatering deliverables.
Location: Blackwater Mine Site
Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On - Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation
