What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Enroll and onboard patients into Amgen Patient Services Programs
  • Liaise with healthcare providers to support patient access to therapies and support services
  • Provide logistical, non‑medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers
  • Support patients in navigating reimbursement access for prescribed therapies
  • Coordinate Free of Charge Goods (FOCG) and facilitate access to reminder services for patients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience, or a College diploma with 4 years of related experience
  • Nursing background is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of patient support/reimbursement experience or 3 years of relevant work experience in a high‑service culture
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs and familiarity with Health Canada requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems
  • Ability and willingness to conduct field travel, including overnight and weekend travel
