Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and development.
• Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials for employee development.
• Manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint.
• Analyze learner needs to create effective training interventions.
• Facilitate virtual or in-person learning sessions as needed.
