What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Enroll and onboard patients into Amgen’s Patient Services Program
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient access to therapies and support services
  • Provide logistical and non-medical educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and clinic staff
  • Support patients in navigating the reimbursement process for prescribed therapies
  • Coordinate Free of Charge Goods (FOCG) and bridge therapies for eligible patients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or College diploma and 4 years of related experience
  • Nursing Degree (RN, RPN, LPN) is required
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with effective communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient support/reimbursement or 3 years in a service-oriented environment
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs
  • Familiarity with Health Canada requirements
