A global IT services company is hiring a Senior z/OS Systems Programmer for a 100% remote role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating systems programming and software packaging. Key responsibilities include installing MVS software and providing 24/7 on-call support. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills and at least 7 years of programming experience, with specific proficiency in z/LINUX and z/OS.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience as a z/OS Systems Programmer or related role.
- At least 3+ years experience specifically supporting z/LINUX and z/OS.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsabilités
- Install MVS software into SOS repository.
- Implement software following required change process.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support in rotation with teammates.
