• Promote open positions through branded communication across various markets

• Post-secondary degree specializing in Human Resources
• 2-4 years of work experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in a retail/multi-unit environment
• Effective communication skills to interact with managers and personnel at all levels
• Ability to maintain productive working relationships within store locations and corporate departments
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

• Experience coaching individuals to maximize performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media and digital outreach platforms for recruitment
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
