Responsibilities
- Build and create candidate pools of high-potential retail professionals to support team performance
- Assist Hiring Managers with recruitment needs, including resume prescreening and interview participation
- Strategize with Hiring Managers and Human Resources on staffing and retention plans
- Provide recruitment analytics to enhance strategic planning and manage turnover
- Promote open positions through branded communication across various markets
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree specializing in Human Resources
- 2-4 years of work experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in a retail/multi-unit environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with managers and personnel at all levels
- Ability to maintain productive working relationships within store locations and corporate departments
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching individuals to maximize performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media and digital outreach platforms for recruitment
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
