We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with the Product Marketing team to execute powerful campaigns, enhance customer retention through product adoption, and gain deep knowledge of our market, customer segments, and product to develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Product Go-to-Market: Lead feature releases from concept to reporting, execute GTM strategies, and manage launch activities including blogs, social media, emails, and product tours.
• Retention and Product Adoption: Lead adoption campaigns, improve onboarding experiences, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools like Hubspot and Intercom.
• Product Round-ups, Events, and Webinars: Manage monthly feature emails, organize webinars, and assist in product preview events.
• Insights and Research: Provide industry and market insights, conduct customer interviews, and support product development.
• Case Studies and Use Cases: Develop case studies, testimonials, and understand customer use cases to enhance marketing efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B product marketing/management experience in technology/software.
• Proven experience with product launch strategies and campaign development.
• Strong messaging and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Hubspot, Intercom, Asana, Figma, and MixPanel or willingness to learn.

Salary range in Canada: $80,000 - $92,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation options may include bonuses and commissions.
