The ideal candidate will oversee accounting processes, enhance project costing and reporting, and implement an ERP system. With at least 5 years of accounting experience and a CPA designation, you will also lead a small finance team. Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including corporate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience in construction, project accounting, or other job‑costing environments is preferred.
Aufgaben
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, invoicing, and payroll.
- Lead month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Support project/job costing and financial reporting dashboards.
