A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to support UK public and private organisations. This role involves ensuring excellent service during construction phases by applying technical expertise. Key responsibilities include managing compliance and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a degree in an environmental subject. Qualifications

  • Experience with construction site-based roles on various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Input and production of construction phase documents.
  • Oversee compliance on-site with environmental management plans.
  • Mentoring and training junior team members.

Skills

Two to five years' experience as an ecological / environmental consultant
Understanding of water environment regulations
Competent in ecological survey techniques
Knowledge of peat and surface water management
IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft applications
Holder of a CSCS card

Education

Higher Education Certificate or Degree in an environmental subject area
