Job summary
A leading beverage company in Calgary is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers for brand expansion. This role entails developing team members and delivering business objectives while ensuring accountability for annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail sales experience, particularly in beverage alcohol, and demonstrate skills in team building and customer-centric sales strategies. The position requires significant fieldwork, with a compelling commitment to driving sales growth in the Alberta region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 Years Sales Experience in the Retail Sales Channel (Beverage Alcohol or CPG).
- Minimum 4 Years of Beverage Alcohol Sales Experience in Alberta.
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Team of Territory Managers in the Alberta region.
- Accountability for Development of Team Members.
- Expansion of PMA Brands in Outlets.
