The Specialist, Learning Needs & Hard Skills Programs is responsible for identifying, designing, and executing capability-building initiatives focused on technical and functional skills across all business units. This includes the management of English language programs and other foundational skill tracks.
The role ensures that all learning initiatives are aligned with strategic business needs, delivered with operational excellence, and monitored for measurable impact. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the organization’s workforce readiness, enabling transformation, and ensuring learning investments deliver tangible value.
