Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the end-to-end selection process and building external pipelines for Top Executive and Business Critical (BCP) roles across global functions. They will build relationships with senior leadership teams, including the Management Board, and advise on supply and demand of niche skillsets, providing solutions for executive hiring challenges.

Responsibilities :
  1. Lead the full recruitment process for executive and business-critical roles globally, from intake to offer.
  2. Build and manage talent pipelines for key leadership positions to support succession planning.
  3. Advise senior leadership on market trends, talent availability, and strategic hiring solutions.
  4. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify internal capability gaps and external talent needs.
  5. Manage relationships with executive search partners and sourcing channels.
  6. Provide data-driven talent insights and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  7. Drive process improvements and evolve executive hiring practices using innovative tools (e.g., SonovaX).
About You :
  • 8+ years of experience in executive or senior-level recruiting, preferably across global markets.
  • Proven track record working with C-level and senior leadership internally and externally.
  • Skilled in building diverse pipelines and implementing inclusive hiring strategies.
  • Confident managing end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to hiring and talent planning.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office, ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), and other recruiting platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload) required for remote/hybrid work.
